Q: Do I get to download the Trendy System?
A: No, you will have access to the MT4 signal software only. This signal software allows us to show you when we are trading with our Trendy System in a near real-time environment. An example of what the signal software looks like is found in the pictures.
Q: Are there alternatives to using the MT4 signal sending software?
A: Yes, you can also receive signals by email or text messaged to your phone. However, receiving text message and email signals is much slower than receiving the signals directly to your MT4. Therefore, even if you do not trade on the Meta Trader platform it is advisable to run a demo MT4 where you can receive signals and view them quickly. This will make it easier for you to manually trade our Trendy signals on a platform such as Trade Station or Currenex.
Q: How do the signals work?
A: Once the signal software is installed on your MT4 you will have one chart (preferably Gbp/Jpy) that is dedicated to your signals. The list of all our Trendy trades will show up on that chart. If your signal software is set to auto trade then the trades will be automatically executed and managed accordingly.
It is important that you remember to leave your MT4 running. If your MT4 is not running than it will not update again until it is started. At that time it will update any signals if they are within the allowed pip range you have chosen.
Q: How quickly do I receive the signals?
A: You receive a signal whenever we get into a trade or manage a trade by altering a trades Stop Loss or Take Profit levels. This signal is immediately sent to your software. The longest delay we have seen is 3 seconds from the time we execute our trade to the time your MT4 signal software shows the trade to you if in manual mode or auto executes it if you are in auto-execute mode.
Q: What about take profit and stop levels? 
A: TP and SL levels are posted according to the particular trade. There is no set rule that you can expect, but in general SL levels are between 1 and 3% drawdown. Sometimes a hard stop and hard Take Profit level are not immediately put in place at the beginning of a trade. Also, there are many variables that may cause us to re-adjust the Stop Loss and or Take Profit levels.
Q: Why can I not see the Trendy System.
A: Unfortunately the Trendy System is not up for sale. Only the signals traded by this system are available.
Q: How profitable are the signals?
A: There are many variables to take into consideration. If you fully auto trade then your trades should be as profitable as our give or take a few pips for the 1-3 second delay. Manually trading according to the Trendy Signals could increase or decrease your profitability depending on your risk and money managment skills.
Q: What if I auto trade and the Trendy Signal entry price is different than mine because of the 1 to 3 second delay?
A: The signal software has a feature for you to choose the amount of deviation that you are willing to live with. The default is set to 5 pip deviation. But you can change this to whatever you think is best.
